Biscoff Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups White Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ¼½ tsbp Salt
  • heaping 1/3 cup white sugar
  • heaping 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cups Canned Pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup Applesauce
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff Spread
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg Whites

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F. Grease loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients until combined – do not over-mix.
  5. Pour mixture into two loaf pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake for approximately 50-65 minutes or until knife inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
