Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. greek yogurt
  • 1/4 c. pumpkin
  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Truvia
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. quick oats

Instructions

  1. Mix greek yogurt, pumpkin, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, Truvia, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in quick oats. Cover with plastic wrap and store in fridge overnight. In the morning, sprinkle with a fresh dash of cinnamon and enjoy!
